從事發酵類食品加工,食品功能因子挖掘表征和功能特性研究,食品類淀粉的功能特性研究。

主持安徽省高??茖W研究項目,安徽省博士后科研項目,合肥學院人才基金項目等。為EuropeanFood Research and TechnologyJFood Process Pres,WorldJournal of Microbiology and Biotechnology等多個國際期刊審稿人,授權國家發明專利1項。
