個人基本情況：

王郡，女，1990年10月出生，黨員，講師。2019年畢業(yè)于合肥工業(yè)大學，獲博士學位。擔任Foodand Chemical Toxicology，Frontiersin Nutrition，Alllife，NaturalProduct Research，Journalof Food Biochemistry等多家國外SCI期刊審稿人。

研究方向：

生物信息學分析，藥食同源化合物功能研究，功能性食品開發(fā)

講授課程：

食品毒理學、食品安全學、食品文化、食品原料安全控制、食品添加劑
